Easy access to and from main highway.

We arrived quite late. The front desk clerk showed us sympathy by offering an upgraded room on the main floor, so we wouldn't need to take the stairs with our bags. Very nice older establishment that has been pretty-well maintained. Seems like a business conference/event center. They are in the process of some updating and improving parking areas. Nice big restaurant. Overall, I would stay here again.

Never fond of being near vending and ice dispensing machines. But not the end of the world!

Relaxed, comfortable, safe

Relaxed atmosphere, felt safe as a solo female traveller. Lovely warm whirlpool and pool.

Rigid 3.00pm check-in, perhaps ask early guests to complete the paperwork while they wait for 3.00pm to arrive.

Definitely no frills but clean.

It was very quiet.

While clean, the facility is old and in desperate need of update. Wallpaper was peeling from the walls, the exterior had mud over seams, the parking lot had potholes.

It was good, waffles, scrambled eggs and others.

Didn't clean our room daily, bar and restaurant opened so late in the day!!!

it was nice

the train that goes by during the night you should forewarn your guests I was sleeping really good when the train went by. it scared me so bad that I sat right up in bed before I realized what it was; and unfortunately it took me a while to fall back asleep

we were in the middle of moving and unfortunately couldn’t stay at the nicer hotel next door as it was booked up.

hotel is super old and outdated. hard to tell if things were dirty or just old. pillows and beds are both very uncomfortable. it’s just a gross establishment in general.

a nice busy hotel with a great location. very comfortable and quiet.

the ice machine could not be found. also the breakfast was not fully stocked. there was no milk and alot of the items after one hour of opening was gone.

Bad

Pool was well kept.

No hot breakfast both nights and had to call the front desk three times to have the beds made. Why should one have to pay full price for no hot breakfast?

Served my need but not sure I will stay their next visit.

Staff was nice, food at bar was great.

My room had two entrances. One never worked with the key, and I had to have my keys replaced three times. The room had a constant electronic squeal, (I believe from the room (locled0 next to mine) fortunate for me I am unable to hear anything with me hearing devices removed. Breakfast was a joke,

It worked but would look elsewhere next time.

Staff was friendly.

Under the beds and behind tve drapes along the walls was absolutely filthy. Traveling with my 1 yr old was tough because I couldn't leave her on the floor! I also got charged and had to wait for refunds- room was prepaid by my wife.

Toilet wouldn't flush so we had to use the lobby bathroom. Shower wouldn't drain.

always stay when in town!

book in advance! decided to extend our stay but rooms were not available. would definitely stay again!

bridge construction is a bit of a damper but nothing that can’t be overlooked.
