The location near the Harvard campus was outstanding. Most of the staff was kind and courteous. It was very clean. We felt safe here.
The Front Desk Manager was extremely rude. The room was cramped. I hit my shins repeatedly but I was afraid to say anything because I didn't want to be accused of being a fussy guest. The website said there was carpet- there was none. I got use to the sound of the train running underground but it was an adjustment.
