Location. Reasonable price. Good towels. Coffee available 24/7
Definitely needs updating. Carpet needs replaced or switch to laminate. Also sheets on one of the beds was stained and gross.

I thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of easily accessing the strip. The view from the balcony was simply amazing . The front desk worker was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The hallway on floor 3 smelt wet and moldy. It was also very moist in the hallway.
