Location is perfect breakfast needs a little work but good loved fishing right out my door we had a great time here

It’s definitely worth staying here when it’s under 100/night.

I loved the view off the balcony with all the ducks chilling along the river. The room was clean and large and even though I checked in super late the front desk person was so nice and friendly.

Nothing really to say negative. It is an older building but the rooms have been refreshed and it is super clean.

This is an excellent property!! Clean,quite and large rooms. We were able to walk to Dolly’s Stampede.

We would stay again it was a perfect location for us.

Updated and clean. One elevated for 5 floors. Not much wait. Beds and pillows comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful, we came at peak fall color time. We didn’t get to use the fireplace, air conditioner on it late October. No complaints though, weather was so nice.

Outside corridors. Breakfast was usual for most hotels with free breakfast. I did not eat it but my husband did.

We loved that it was pet friendly, we loved that each room had its own private balcony and has fire place….we also loved the location to everything and he continental breakfast….it was CLEAN and up to date. Everything was great

Convenient location. Quiet, Clean Breakfast options were great. Beds very comfortable.

They needed to put out a sign by the elevator saying the floor is slippery. My son fell.

I highly recommend Twin Mountain Inn

Twin Mountain Inn was very clean, the room was well appointed and the staff were all friendly from the managers, front desk staff and the housekeeping staff. The location was beautiful and close to attractions. The bed was comfortable with several pillow styles to choose from on the bed. The price made it a great value. Free coffee and juice always available.

Room was very nice. The Inn was well taken care of and up to date.

Hard to say anything bad. Kinda away from everything, but that being said, it was quiet and the river was nice.

We were impressed with the setting and value for the location!

Location was excellent away from main highway thru Pigeon Forge. Room was clean, hotel was well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall, a Great stay with just a few minor hiccups.

Great location, great value and very comfortable.

The continental breakfast could have been better. We’ve stayed there before and were given coupons to go to a Pancake house, which was much better. We also were beside a couple with a dog, who whined every time they left. We are pet friendly , just not on our vacation.

This is the cleanest hotel room we've stayed in for years! Best hidden gem on the river close to everything. Reasonably priced,great staff,you won't be disappointed.

Room size is amazing!! Fireplace in the room & balcony that overlooks a beautiful stream are amazing!! Plenty of places to walk our pups. Love the double sinks & counter space in bathroom. Staff is very friendly, especially Robert who I really enjoyed talking to. Great location & ample parking. Felt very safe.

Would like to be able to use the guide on the t.v. remote. Could use 1 more lamp.

We have stayed here several times we like the room and the river

We got there a little early just to see if the room was ready, the guy at the counter kept on and on about how early we was.all he had to do is tell us we had to wait till check in time, I probably won't say here again. I couldn't walk in the grass dog poop everywhere
