Nice stay, I would come back!

Located close to the YARTS bus stop, employees are welcoming, the rooms have very comfortable beds plus a microwave and a quite spacious fridge. I read reviewers complaining about the noise but it was in my opinion very quiet, and I'm a light sleeper.

Better lighting in the sink area would be nice.

Nice stopover on the way from Yosemite to SFO

The young lady at the reception was friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds good. The hotel provides a free breakfast, which is simple but at least you get something to eat and drink.

While the rooms are huge, the two Queen beds occupy so much space that I had to move chairs around to open my travel bag. The internet only worked late at night, no clue why. And for the breakfast: what about normal dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery instead of the silly disposable plastic- and carton stuff?

Good location nice staff but very tired décor & facilities

The room was tired & needed redecorating. The air conditioning was very noisy. The sink was in the bedroom not the bathroom

Adequate and a fair value, but will look to stay elsewhere next time visiting Yosemite Park

OK value 45-60min outside Yosemite. Location in quaint little town of Mariposa was nice. "Breakfast snacks were good for a quick bite and to be on our way.

AC made room too cold 70F or was off so that it was too hot 75+F. Hotel room faced Hwy140, the main street, so leaving window open was not an option. Room was small with no place to hang anything.

Good option in Mariposa

Decent Breakfast. On the Main Street. Lots of free parking.

There wasn’t warm enough blankets, I woke up cold two out of three nights. The cleaning wasn’t great, lots of hair around the room.

Great little hotel in Mariposa at the edge of town within walking distance of everything.

The staff was great. The location is great.

A couple of the rooms had a "smell" It was fine, though.

Near to Yosemite, great Value

Near to Yosemite, Great Value. I would definitely recommend to stay there.

The rooms could be renovated to a more modern style.

Superb

The Monarch is a clean, bright space with comfy beds, welcoming and laid-back staff, simple but nice breakfast included. It was a convenient launching-off point for a visit to Yosemite.

They don't have luggage storage facilities, but we had no trouble using the Mariposa park and ride as an alternative place to store luggage while going into Yosemite.

Nice hotel, big and clean room, easy to find, comfortable stay quite close to entrance of national park. Simple but nice breakfast.

Good location, there are multiple restaurants near. Good beds. The complementary breakfast was a nice surprise.

IT was very nice located on dessert, but they had everything. Nice restaurant, bar, shop, even chappel. Room was clean and spacious.

The location, the bedroom was big and they have a small breakfast.

The carpet looks dirty, there where things left from other guests on the drawers and hairs in the sheets. I don’t think it was as clean and announced.

Decent location. Best wifi I've had in ages. Room comfortable and clean. Gopd location for exploring Yosemite

Feels more expensive than it should be. And wouldn't call it a 'boutique hotel' - more of an average standard chain hotel. No real complaints though.

The staffs were friendly and approachable. We love the morning breakfast. The distance from the inn to Yosemite was acceptable.

Amazing!

It’s located where for those who don’t want to stay at the park itself. 40 minutes drive from the main walking trails in Yosemite. The staff was really helpful.

Superb

Large rooms with very comfortable beds, very quiet so excellent sleep quality. Excellent location just outside of Yosemite National Park.

Don't expect too much from the (included) breakfast.
