Clean and convenient
Clean, but worn, needs some updating. Bathroom cabinet on side could have been cleaner, but counter top very clean. Need taller toilet.

I am a late riser and did not take advantage of breakfast, and I regret that. I shall next time.
The location was ideal for me as my off property trips were downtown Chicago, Northbrook, Schaumburg, and Highland Park. I often stay at IHG properties and am rarely disappointed. This location was quiet and everyone let me do what I needed with zero issues. Conveniently located to AH road, close to Metra (train) station, Woodfield Mall, and Arlington Heights, which is always a treat.

Bed comfy & room clean.
I booked this hotel as had a free airport shuttle. Arrived to find no shuttle, & no phone number worked to try & find how I could get to hotel. Ended up getting a $60 taxi which was very annoying. Staff apologised when arrived but did nothing except say sorry shuttle got damaged. (Would have been nice to know as would have changed hotel as had time too when accident happened) Staff the next day were amazing & did more. Was appreciated, but still frustrating.
