Well definitely stay again!

This facility has two separate pool areas - did not feel overcrowded at all. Daily activities and live music added to the stay. Very clean and very relaxing. The perfect getaway!

Good location. Centralised. Room is equipped with toaster, microwave, fridge, cooking utensils and cutlery.

Pull out sofa bed with air mattress. No support for the back and uncomfortable.

The room is small and comfortable and very clean… The back hot tub was wonderful

The location is fantastic ! walking distance to restaurants, stores and the gondola… also, I want to mention that the employee that checked me in was extremely friendly, accommodating and interesting…

The light fixtures over the pull out bed we’re not functional, there was no on off switch, and it looks like the wiring was dismantled… also, the heater unit below the desk was damaged and did not put out much heat even when turned up to high. we informed the lobby of the situation… We will continue to stay at Stardust lodge in the future

Close to slopes, great staff.

Staff is fantastic as is the location. Steps from Heavenly Gondola. It is an older property but it’s charming.

The walls of mirrors….our room was way overdue for an update.

Exceptional

property was great. wonderful staff. close proximity to lots of places. eg across from Heavenly Ski Resort, eateries, kids can play sledding. snow balls, snow man, etc.

Great location, good place to stay

location is phenomenal and the staff are very nice.

Hot tub connected to heated pool was not working, very disappointing after skiing.

This is what Tahoe has to offerr??? Won't be returning

The location was close to town, events, and shopping. Seemed to have nice activities planned but was too tired from circling forever to park, the lugging all my stuff to my room for a block, then having to "set up" my own room I was just too tired to enjoy the lo vely activities offered.

The room was over priced, too small ( more like a studio than a room) bed was a Murphy bed and so uncomfortable that they even offer a courtesy "foam pad" if you wanted it. Your coffee table was a foot stole/ folding bed and the bathroom was more like a small broom closet. You couldn't go to the bathroom and shut the door. Your knees hit the door when you sat down. But!!! You could brush your teeth, take a poop, shampo your hair and do your make up from one spot. So its a time saver there! Parking is ridiculous and not assigned for tenants so you park and lug all your stuff to your room. Did I emphasize how uncomfortable the Murphy bed was???? Price as way way way over done for what you get.

Great location. Felt like a comfortable small apartment.

We felt like we were in a small apartment. It was very comfortable and had every amenity that we would need. We stepped out of our room and walked to the activities area to grab coffee, fresh donuts and small bites to take back to our bistro table to enjoy the beautiful Tahoe weather as we planned our day. At night it was relaxing to come back to the room, grab a bag of popcorn, watch our movie with the door open. We met our friendly neighbors who own a timeshare there. A delightful couple that vacations there every year. The bed was comfortable and the room was immaculate.

The property is right next to the main road. The traffic noise was high, however after 10 it dies down and is quieter.

The location was bang across heavenly. It made it easier to do the gondola ride.

The sofa bed was terrible. No way this can accommodate 4 ppl. The next day we found it hard to drive back cos we had absolutely no sleep here.

we were very pleased with our stay at the Stardust.

everything was clean! everything worked. staff was friendly. location was perfect. free coffee and donuts were actually not too bad.

walls were a little thin. could hear a little bit of noise from adjacent room.

The Stardust Lodge was perfect and exceeded all of our expectations!

The breakfast could have been more of a breakfast vs donuts and pastries. We ended up buying groceries and cooking breakfast in the room since it had a wonderful little kitchen.

Ok basic place that is saved by the fact it is at the base of the gondola. Would not stay again.

Breakfast was ok. Understsnd we are still playing out this whe covid thing but some scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage would have been nice before hitting the slopes

Our room was consistently cold. We turned on the stove burners and bathroom heater rach morning and when we returned from our day to warm up.

The Stardust is our favorite place to stay when we go to Tahoe. My daughter calls it the cute house.

I feel like the Stardust is homey. There is a table and chairs outside of the room. It is across the street from the gondola, shops and stores. The lake is very close

we loved the location! it's extremely central and close to all the attractions and even the bus-stop that we arrived/left from, so much so we never had any issues with transport since we could walk wherever!

the breakfast was honestly a little lacking, and we decided to pass on the breakfast the 2nd day.

Could not sleep at night, it was really hot.

Location is good

There was no air conditioning, it was hot despite having 2 fans in the room. They should advertise that hotel does not have air conditioning. There days everybody assume that hotel would have air conditioning.
