We would recommend it!

For an older place it was great! Very clean and plenty of room; more than we expected. The host was great.

It would have been good if there had been some dishes and utensils to go with the use of the fridge and microwave.

This place is on my list for our next visit to the Phoenix megalopolis

Sparkling clean, good bed, good kitchenette facilities, hosts were friendly, helpful, and busy making sure everything was tip top. The place is a beautifully remodeled vintage hotel. The floors literally shined it was so carefully cleaned. For one of the least expensive hotels in Mesa this place would have been a bargain at a more expensive price.

The units were small but that is to be expected from hotels built during its prime era. Otherwise this place was just right.

Comfy place not far from anywhere in the Tempe, Mesa or Phoenix area.

The Patrons were excellent! Very friendly and courteous. I missed a day that I had reserved. Mesa Oasis Inn contacted me after I was home and referred me on how to get reimbursed from Booking.com, (who were also very helpful), for the day I did not stay, after they had already been paid through booking.com for it. I did not expect this nor did I ask for it. They were courteous enough to be proactive about it and it earned them my next stay in Mesa, AZ. Thank you so much Mesa Oasis Inn

Lipstick stain on the comforter. I just didn't use it...

Very good

The staff was nice, rooms were good. Staff was outside working on the property regularly. They have a cute garden out front and the rooms were clean and well maintained.

The only issue for us was a very poor cable and internet connection. The staff was able to fix the tv for us but the wifi was pretty bad the whole time.

Unfortunately nothing

The ratings by previous customers were just not to be believed. I have no idea that an overall score for this hotel was 8.1 Those ratings must have been done by family of the owners

Clean

The rooms are spacious. For the price, it was great for our one night stay... We checked in late but it was no problem, staff was friendly and gave us a bottle of water. I liked being able to park in front of our room. The motel is older but it was very nicely kept.

Could use better comforters and rip the old carpet out and replace with tile it the fake hardwood flooring, but other than that, it’s a nice for the price.
