It’s location was very good walking distance from beach and places to eat

Older hotel that seemed remodeled
Being able to have any information in the room like where ice machines were or even a tv guide sheet no extra blanket or anything like that(pillow )in the closet for couch no laundry area

The room seemed clean as well as the beds.
The king bed was not comfortable and one side sounded like something in the frame was broken. There is no phone in the room, the balcony door had no lock and had a piece of wood to put in the track which was too long. The balcony looked terrible. The floors felt sticky and gritty. No table or desk to sit at and no real closet just a rack on the wall with a few hangers. The air conditioner had been set on 66 so the room was ice cold and they use way too much air freshener. And last but not least, parking is across the street, no parking on the premises which is bad especially since it was raining when we arrived. We didn’t bother to complain but will not return. Previously we have stayed at another hotel 100 blocks away and will return there next year.
