The location was good in a quiet . The staff is phenomenal, everyone is pleasant. Good coffee and breakfast. The rooms are sooo comfortable that I did not want to leave. Sierra Vista is our go to place to get away from Tucson because it has gotten too big and busy for my taste. We WILL be back. I feel rested, which was the objective. Thank you. See you next time!

The location. Also pet fee is reasonable
Asked 10 days ahead of arrival if we could have first floor room and when we arrived it was not possible. We have stayed here many times and never had a problem. They do have an elevator but the room was clear at the end of the hall. My husband has c o p d and it takes a lot out of him. We ask for first floor because of having to take dog out. They also had a beetle problem which we let them know.
