Quiet, superb customer service, amazing all-inclusive rooms. So much to do right on the property. We really enjoyed the Canoe Club location and amenities.
The location was beautiful, but not on the water (can't really change that), and the cost of a suite for a grown family of 5 is a bit on the expensive side.

Within days one facility the campus provided: food options, entertainment, activities and casual things to do with family values as the theme.
Starting to look a bid worn in some areas for the exceptional resort they seek to emerge as in the Lake Placid hospitality community

Spacious rooms, overall decor
Location requires use of hotel provided shuttle service to get to the lake beach, and the shuttle service was inadequate. Van was dirty and steps / sill broken. Moreover, wait times were at times long - sometimes needed to wait for a couple of round trips bc van’s capacity was less than the accumulated group waiting for ride. Hotel is understaffed, particularly given the lofty rates they are charging.
