Nice romantic getaway

Nice New England set up

Parking! Limited spaces including street. Only 1 Handicap spot. I would of even paid for valet parking if issue with town. Used Keurig cup in machine.

Not good They care for money not for guests

Front desk was rude for my needs. Room was not ready when I arrived till 3:30 pm. They charged me a lot. I asked for double bed and got single bed smallest room

I was given worst room because they say I reserved through booking.com. My room was given under the stairs and I could hear people walking. The front desk said we can give you another room for more charge.

Lovely hotel, and the staff were very nice.

I wish the restaurant was open for breakfast or lunch, but dinner was good.

Room overpriced!

Location was near campus

Rooms extremely small. Bed very uncomfortable. No fridge or microwave. Room WAY overpriced.

We stay here often as our daughter goes to UMASS. Love the location an dining. Out door spaces are fantastic. Comfortable with fires on cooler evenings.

Beautiful Inn with all the comforts of home in a perfect location

The Inn at Boltwood is exceptional! The location is perfect in this charming town. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. The staff is very helpful, professional and accommodating. We loved our large room with an especially comfortable bed. The Inn does a great job attending to every detail to make the stay feel like home.can't wait to return
