The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and we felt so welcomed. It was a great stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful place at Amherst

The location was fantastic, but we were put in a basement room that was a little hard to navigate to and from. The parking was very convenient, too.

There was one anomalous experience with a less pleasant staff person but otherwise it was a nice experience. I just didn’t love getting stuck in a basement room that was hard to orient our way to and from.
