The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. The location felt safe.
It would be nice to be able to get coffee at any hour, day or night. The room had a slight odor of cat pee initially, but after a few hours, it was gone.

loved the black out shades and the revamped bathroom.
loved the extra towels.
loved the fact that we were able to hang out in the lobby after check out while waiting for my Grandson to meet us.
loved the to go bags that added some class.
You ran out of bacon , I was told it was cooking. but then the tray that once had the bacon was filled with home fries, I gave up waiting.

Size of room, great location, excellent staff
Breakfast was shut down early each day due to staffing issues. Kitchen crew (1 male) said he was on loan to this site because the kitchen worker left abruptly. 1st day, went for breakfast at 8:45 and there was only cereal, coffee and fresh fruit. I asked the worker if he was bringing out additions, bacon, etc and he said, “no.” I asked if breakfast was to be available until 9:30. He said yes, gave the on-loan story, and said the day before there was nothing. Each day, if you were not at breakfast by 8:00-8:15, there was only fruit, cereal, coffee and juice.

Breakfast is good for the type. Coffee excellent and a real plus. The staff person was thorough and quietly professional at cleaning up and keeping things stocked.
Room had a weird smell. We needed an extra blanket but there was none to be had and no housekeeping person to help. The help line just was busy, probably because there was no one there. Front desk person unable to help because housekeeping gone and there was no one to get an extra blanket. Thought “What if we really needed help?”
