Staff was very friendly. Ms Cathy was very sweet and even got me a tray for my breakfast when she saw I was struggling. Breakfast was great. Room was clean, pretty quiet.
I had read previous reviews so knew what to expect. Hallways were hot, only a few tv channels.

Staff were wonderful!! Bathroom was mostly remodeled and great. Big TV which was easy to use. Bed was comfortable. Super quiet.
There was a real musty smell in the halls and room. The wall covering in the room was starting to peel. The mirror over the vanity could be replaced.

1) The Maintenance Service Man working on floor 2 was exceptional in his help providing us with the proper process to get into the TV guide/channels!
2) The server setting up the Breakfast pieces in the morning was very friendly and helpful!
Trying to check in early at 1:30 pm to be able to get to the Johnston City Lake Creek Cemetery to clean our family headstones - and told an extra charge of $25 would be required - made little sense to us.
