The location of the lodge was perfect! It was so peaceful and relaxing! Very clean and inviting! The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay feel like home. The best part was watching the sunrise every morning... perfect!
Our room was very nice. The bed was comfy. However my pillows were a bit flat.

The place is beautiful. The location is remote but still connected to the heart of town. The drive up to the place is romantic and quite idyllic.
Checkout at 11 am was strict and considering the cost of the stay, could have been more flexible.

Whilst, what we saw of Sevierville is not our kind of town, the scenic location of this property some miles into the country, is quite lovely. At places like this one meets interesting fellow travelers, some who have stayed (here) as much as 8 times.
Price to value is far out of line. At very most this is a $ 150/night value. Noisy AC, Slept with fan on only despite high temp.
Breakfast exceptionally slow, unimaginative, and we learned frequent guests unlikely to return again. Staff pleasant, trying, but seemingly out of their depth for $300 night accommodations.
We are widely traveled, my wife a former Travel Writer.
