The room was clean. We liked having the mini fridge and microwave. There was good water pressure in the shower. The location was convenient for us. We took advantage of the free Roman Chariot that the town offers on Fri, and Sat. evenings.
The bed was extremley FIRM, and not comfortable for us. The hotel is non-smoking, but we often smelled smoke coming from rooms. A few times we saw bags of trash left in the stairwells. The ice machine did not work on our floor. The complimentary breakfast had limited choices. The coffee, eggs, and pancake syrup was not good.

The location is convenient; the breakfast is sufficient to last until we have our next meal. The rooms are comfortable.
I feel the rooms could be cleaned a little better. I am a stickler for looking in corners and I always seem to find dust in upper corners or some sort of dirt in the lower corners. I think you should have someone who man's the breakfast beside the front desk person. There have been times when the waffle batter or something is out and finding someone to refil can be a little hard. Also, our sister was in a room from down the hall and she had bedbugs. The front desk guy said the hotel would likely refund her for her stay (2 nights) but later she had a VERY difficult time dealing with management. I am not sure if she got things resolved. But with something like this, there should NEVER be an issue. She missed a few days of work and had medical bills that she incured.
