Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and a spacious room. I slept well. It's conveniently located near downtown and the waterfront. I'd stay again.
Parking is a little limited. A valet service could reduce strain on the limited lot capacity since at least some guests would use that amenity.

1) The rooms were well set-up with toilet and shower/tub in one place, sink and mirror in another. Thus, mirror didn't get steamed up. (We would have liked a tub/shower combo, not just a shower.)
2) No junk in the rooms such as notepads, pens, booklets which are often outdated and seldom used.
3) Our room was very spacious with fridge and microwave.
1) The welcoming receptionist was very short with us. (Maybe he was having a bad day?) Next day receptionist was better.
2) The parking spaces are extremely narrow. Adding just 6-8 inches in width would making parking much easier and less dangerous/threatening.
3) There was only one elevator, and it was very slow. A minimum of two would serve the hotel much better.
4) The price for this hotel through your website, booking.com, was way higher than we expected to pay for the overall quality of this hotel.

Some of the staff members were very helpful. Breakfast was good, location was excellent.
The main problem was the price. This hotel is greatly over-priced when you consider the service, the services, and room facilities.
