We had been driving for 16 hours and when we got to the hotel our room was ready. My daughter has dietary issues and when I went to get some plastic forks I asked the front desk lady Julie if in the morning they had raisin Brann and she checked. They did! My daughter has to eat around 4am every morning and breakfast wasn’t going to be until 7am so I asked if any way I could get my daughter a bowl so she could eat it at 4, and Julie was such a sweetheart and got a bowl and some milk for her. My daughter when I got back to the room and told her was so happy she cried. We got up and was back on the road before breakfast. Thank you to the staff for being amazing

Breakfast was the wow factor, thank you for the pancake machine, huge improvement over others waffle. Appreciate offering turkey sausage, in addition, to the regular.
Had to go to the first floor for ice, from the fourth floor, especially when employees said managers were aware, and to tell guest upon arrival. Required to go to front desk twice for replacement batteries, for remote, and neither worked.
