Clean, quiet, attentive staff, and close to everything. This is my 3rd time staying there. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast is okay. The beds are comfortable. The location is great. There is only one staff person in the whole building. She was nice but it was difficult when there was a problem. There is no other employee in the entire building to help durng the afternoon, evening, and night.
My first room had a problem with the air conditioner. It would only work on "heat:." "Cool" would not turn on. The young woman had to leave the desk unattended to come up to my room and help me. She could not get the unit to work. She made arrangements for another room. I had to go down to get the key, come back up and move all my belongings, and go down to return the key to the first room. I am 77 years old and it was exhausting. The second room had a problem with the toilet. The tank didn't fill back up after flushing. This is the 1st time I had a problem staying here.

Hotel has always been an excellent place to stay.
They were doing construction and couldn’t go in front door. Check in officials were sitting outside of front door for check in. Elevator on first floor was closed. Had to carry suitcases up to second floor. Dust from construction flowing through first floor where coffee and tea were set up.
