Never Again!

I didn’t like anything about the property. It was in a horrible location. Smelled horrible when walking in. The coffee area was dirty. The front desk/reception employee was being rude to a customer. The walk up to the room - elevators were filthy, carpets were filthy and the halls smelled of cigarettes and marijuana.

Smelled strongly like cigarettes. Old building. Would not go back.

They couldn't find my booking and check-in took a long time. The hallways reeked very strongly of cigarette smoke.

3rd year staying here on the way to spring break. Would stay again

Location, price, food available right there

Wifi was horrible never got connected, bright bright light outside bedroom window, breakfast should be earlier and coffee, reg and decaf should be available in the lobby early hours especially since breakfast is not until 7 am

Just ok

I like the fact it was only 8 minutes away from the airport. The menu was good if you wanted a meal or a snack. I only stayed the night, breakfast was included which I didn't have. Overall it was a very quick stay. The bed was comfy, the room was a good size.

There was hair on the bathroom and bedroom floor. My hair is short and blonde, this was long black hair. The strong smell of cannabis cooking from the hallway. I was told it was a non-smoking floor. That wasn't a thing.

Very bad hotel, very noisy, bad customer service, think twice before booking.

The proximity to the airport, the room is spacious.

Everything else was bad. Customer service, the noise from the highway, they put me in the worse room in hotel, though I left a note a week prior saying clearly I want a Very Quiet room which they have. But still they accepted and on purpose gave me the noisiest room in the building overlooking the highway at a corner on the highest level. I didn’t sleep all night and it affected my business meetings the next day. I complained to the hotel and still did nothing about it! From someone who travels 6 months a year, I give this hotel a big fat zero

Ok for a night... 😕

Check-in and check-out went fast and flawless. My room was spacious and in good condition.

I waited almost an hour at the Domestic terminal North for the shuttle bus to arrive. If the outside temperature is at freezing point that's not a pleasant experience at 10 pm after a 9 hrs. flight The breakfast could need some improvement and the ambience of the breakfast room itself is perfectly matching the quality of the breakfast.

Het was schoon

Oud pand met totaal geen sfeer. De hele boel heeft een opknapbeurt nodig. Lag langs hele drukke snelweg. Zit je met je kamer aan die kant dan is het een enorme herrie! Eten in het bijbehorende restaurant was koud en smerig. Heb het ontbijt maar afgeslagen.

Soda machines out the whole time, no waters available, nothing to drink, hotel phone did not work, did not get clean towels or wash clothes, bed was not changed during stay, and only 3 small pillows.

Mixed bag, but close to the airport

Easy to get to and from the airport, shuttle service very useful, staff was helpful when needed, rooms recently renovated, mini fridge and microwave in the room a pleasant surprise,

Facility under renovation so some spaces were not usable, some buttons in the lift did not light when pressed which did not inspire confidence, bed firm to the point of discomfort, location loud from airport and highway traffic, mini fridge barely cooled anything

An excellent place to rest en route

The room was large and comfortable. The free wifi worked well. The staff was friendly. The shuttle was convenient. The hotel was an excellent place to spend an overnight layover, and a great value to boot.

I have no complaints or suggestions for what could have been better.

This was very disappointing.

I got to the property and I did not feel safe, I reached out to Booking.com for a refund and I was only able to be refunded $5 of my $100 purchase.

Not ideal if you’re flight in late

Room to far from airport. Hard to find. It’s under construction. Shuttle advertise as 24 hour but they shut down at 11:30

Proximity to the Atlanta Airport is good. That is all.

The place is under construction and the location did not feel safe. It could be all the signs in the parking lot stating that the property was not responsible for any theft or damage to your vehicle.

Bad customer service and questionable cleaning procedures, but reliable place to stay.

Breakfast was the one great thing about this place. The lady looking after the breakfast room was very nice and polite, and there was a variety of food to choose from. Free shuttle service to the airport was also reliable and nice to have.

The front desk service has very rude people. Did not handle my reservation very well, they did not know what room to give me nor what rate to charge me, when everything was previously reserved in detail through booking.com. The shuttle service was rude too, on time and reliable though, but a little smile and assistance could go a long way. There were also biological stains on my bed sheets, I was concerned that my bedding was not previously cleaned/changed.

The smell of people smoking weed was so bad that I had to put two towels under my door to keep the smell from coming into my room. When I arrived in the parking lot, there was a young man sitting on the front steps smoking pot… that should have given me a clue to what was about to happen. Twice, someone opened my room door from the outside.Luckily, I had the door stopper on and they were not able to gain entry into my room. The gentleman from the front desk said it was someone from “housekeeping” … never saw any “housekeeping “ cart in the hallways at any given time. The loud music coming from the pool area lasted way after midnight…. I was told that the pool closed at 10:00 pm. Lastly, the parking lot was littered with “red” cup the next morning as I quickly left the parking lot. I have stayed at CountyInn properties in the past, and never have I ever experience anything like that. Management needs to take steps to fix this problem before someone gets hurt or serious issues occurred because of the drug and alcohol use on their property.

They were doing work on the hotel. The front desk was moved to a desk in another room and a lot of people were checking in at once and the front desk attendant was overwhelmed. Everyone seemed to be patient, even the ones that were tired and had to leave early, for flights, but the attendant was very overwhelmed. I noticed the next night, they got her some help. I was happy to see that

Crap! Not worth all the money they charge.

the room was nice and spacious and beds were comfy.

The customer service was horrible from not only several of the customer service front desk employees nor the security guards. Ana had attitude when I asked is I could please have towels for my room she rolled her eyes and gave me a huge sigh like if it wasn’t her job. And when I asked for Towels again the next day The front desk guy made the security guard Marshal bring a bed sheet to my room and when I told him it was towel with an attitude said well I was told to bring a bed sheet. I told him it was towels I needed and his comment was oh well to bad I shouldnt even be bring anything to you because Im not even clocked in. When I called to get the managers name no introduction was given when the phone was answer just a guy saying yeah hello. I was hung up on well I was still talking and had to call back and was told he thought I was done speaking which by the way he never said goodbye before hanging up he just hung up in the mist of me speaking. Just because there is construction going on does not give the employees to be rude to their paying customers. They are not the ones doing the construction They are the ones that are supposed to have good hospitality and make it comfortable for the guest to be comfortable during their stay when construction is going on. The complementary Breakfast was nasty the muffins had live and dead gnats in it so I couldnt even eat. For the amount of money that I paid I did not have a pleasant stay!
