I loved the retro style of it. They did an amazing job with the design of the hotel. I also love how close it is to the village and the lake.
The only “issue” with the property was the room was really hot. I understand they don’t have ac because it is big bear and they are always ready for the cold. I was informed they were working on getting some type of cooling system in place. It was definitely hard to sleep, but that’s not going to keep me and my husband from going back. Aside from the warm room we absolutely loved it.

The spacious cabin, we stayed in Bukowski and the jacuzzi tub was awesome!
The only thing we would change is the size and location of the TV, since we spent most of our time in the room.

The decor was amazing. Such a great vibe.
It is under construction so there are major things like we couldn’t access the pool. However, other details like our fridge was broken, empty body wash in the shower, no mattress in the pull-out couch. The staff was so friendly, but there needs to be more than 1 desk attendant during busy times like check in.
