The historic atmosphere and professional staff
May not be in your control. The service at Plaza Grille was slow and the Brewster was not on time to order a latte

I liked the historical value of the hotel.
The room was not clean. There were men’s boot prints in the bathtub. The surrounding areas (the plaza area and street) had an abandoned feel to it, the storefronts were empty and most out of business (not the hotels fault).
