Good value and comfortable hotel

The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable and quiet and the shower was good although not much power. Our room had a nice patio but could not sit out as too windy. The hotel is a bit remote but there are casino games, a bar and a good restaurant on site with varied menu. The hotel is well located for Death Valley National Park. There is even petrol facilities and well stocked small store on site. A very good value hotel.

Home away from home

We loved this hotel. It ‘s a funny place that makes you feel at home. Everybody was incredibly friendly. There’s pretty much everything you might need. Great position to the Death Valley.

The restaurant could use a bit more choice. Dusty bed, but e everything else was very clean.

Cute, relaxing place.

Comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff, cute lobby with lots of fun memorabilia. Conveniently close to Death Valley NP. Has its own gas station and reasonably priced gas. Restaurant has great food.

Smoke ventilation in the restaurant and the lobby area can be better.

Goog location for Deth Valley

Convenient location to Death Valley.Rooms are old and needs to renovation.No breakfast, wifi was good.Convenient parking.Very cheap fuel station just in front of the hotel.

Very American casino/diner setting, loved the restaurant, the 24-hour shop and the very friendly staff. Location near Death Valley park reason for staying.

A surprising find on the edge of Death Valley

Good sized and comfortable room in a quirky casino hotel in a unique location.

The casino smells of tobacco smoke despite the ban on smoking, though our room was fine.

too high price for what you expect

closest to Death Valley outside of the park

too much party noise past 11:30 and dinning room service too slow. More than half of the steak order were not edible…

Great stay close to Death Valley

The hotel has all facilities to entertain yourself even if there is not much around the hotel. There is a casino, swimming pool, bar and restaurant. During our stay we also have the chance to attend a live music show which was very fun. The room was very large and comfortable

The swimming pool was dirty because of the animals that are in the garden of the hotel

Great stop in front of Death Valley

Friendly service who are handsome and very nice! Store and gas station within the hotel as well as a restaurant with tasty food.

staff was wonderful. accommodating. location suitable for our needs. the pond and its surroundings were delightful.

location convenient to death value rear of the complex was delightful and unexpected with the pond and statues etc. worth the visit this morning

walls were a little thin. we could hear what was going on next door at 4 am.

Don’t stop there ! It’s awful!

nothing everything is bad in this place! staff unfriendly room not clean bad insulation, you are disturbed by the snoring of the room near yours! Service is not done every day we stayed two nights and they didn’t made the housecleaning!

All is bad! do not stay in this hotel everything is BAD! Staff are unfriendly lot of flies smells bad etc…

Cool rooms but terrible food

Nice rooms,cool ducks and swans on lake, friendly staff.

The room was ok and clean, however the walls were full of old squashed mosquitos and bugs,that is disgusting and a shame as The rooms are nice otherwise. The food at the restaurant was terrible. Salad was old and bitter, and starting to brown, the sauce terrible. The beans I got with my chicken were simply bad. For the money they charged it's a disgrace, and I am not a sensitive foody type, but... At least they did not ruin the chicken.

Perfect for a stopover in this area

Excellent location for visiting Death Valley and en route to Las Vegas. Very reasonable price for room , which was spacious, clean and very comfortable beds. Shop, petrol at a good price onsite and good food available.

Adequate for 1 night. Dining was limited in the area, casino was smokey, thin sheets.

onsite restaurant was adequate for dinner. Drinks were cheap too.View from more pricey rooms was nice off a small lake with ducks

Smokey since right across from casino area. Sheets were very thin and old. Breakfast started too late 8 AM for our travels.

This place has extraordinary vibe, in a good way. It was in the middle of a dessert, but garden was beautiful, with interesting scalptures. There wasnt too much in neighborhood, but the resort offers everything you need - restaurant, bar, shop and even chappel. The restaurant was good, in old american style. There was a live singer, and he was singing really well - we enjoyed our evening at the bar. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was ok.

A real gem near the Death Valley

The location was fantastic. The place was active yet peaceful and quiet. A small animal farm was a great addition. The outdoor area was nicely decorated with artifacts and included a small pond with waterfowl. Food was good and the staff at the restaurant, reception desk, and convenience store was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return there.

We did not have a scenic view from our room. Perhaps, at the time of our visit, they did not have an available two-queen bed room overlooking the pond and the mountains.

Location on the way to visit the Death Valley. Original setting. The price of the room.

The poll was rather dirty because the birds from the pond seemed to have visited the pool as well.

Great stop off in the middle of nowhere

Great exposed location unlike anywhere else. Quirky Hotel with great facilities. Highly recommend visiting nearby Ash Meadows...awesome

Didn't like the petting zoo, no need for it. All else good.

Very relaxing hotel with massive pond with ducks and geese. Beautiful sunset.

Very reasonably priced breakfast and good selection. Very competitive petrol prices.

Would have liked tea/coffee making facility in the room.
