the last interaction with the front desk was awful. spoiled my trip.

front desk checkout woman was rude, refused to give me a copy of my charges, refused to initial a printout with No charges for my stay.

staff not helpful in resolving problems.

front desk staff was not helpful in solving a communication problem between the third party booking company and the hotel. when i contacted the booking company, they contacted the hotel by phone and said it was corrected. when i checked out, the error still existed and she said i could talk to the manager. i was on the way to the airport and had no time then to go through the problem again.

It was close to my mothers

We were given pee stained covers…. Asked for clean fitted sheets at front desk along with covers and was given so. However staff didn’t even apologize about the stains

Overall stay would’ve been better had it not been for the horrible staff

The staff was extremely rude and customer service was not great. My check in experience was good but things took a turn after that.

If you have a problem you will be ignored and put off. They absolutely will not respond in any way. Not to messages or email. They absolutely will charge you. If you need to change dates for any reason they will ghost you and charge you the full price for the time you would have been there.

great trip and great hotel!

Front desk staff upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge and without us asking. we were also on the first floor close to the lobby, which was convenient!

N/A we were happy with it and will likely return.

It was a nice get away for a day or two but that’s it.

They had a swimming pool and offered vending machines on every floor. The breakfast was amazing!!

The room we stayed in had stains on all the curtains and on the sheets, there was no stopper in the bathtub, the pillows were flat. Two out of three staff we saw while there appeared to be on some type of drugs. They couldn’t stand still and couldn’t form cohesive sentences.

Pleasant

The breakfast was good and the suit was nice and clean.

The elevator was next to our room and it was so noisy, the pool was terribly cold, the pull out sofa was not comfortable at all, the bed were lumpy.

Comfortable and great location

Clean and comfortable...great hot breakfast selection, and front office staff was very friendly. Located close to everything!

There wasn't enough seating in the dining area. However, we were there New years Eve to New years Day, so I'm sure that made a difference.

It was absolutely awful. Bed bugs. Blood. Disrespectful staff.

Absolutely nothing was nice about this place. And customer service was even worse.

Sleeping somewhere without bed bugs, which we did but we were not respected. Never got a return.

was very clean and comfy!! price was a little high but I’d rather pay a little more for a clean hotel and not to have to worry about bugs and nastiness.

We will not be staying there ever again. It was our 27th Anniversary

The bed was a king size, the sheets were clean and the pillows were comfortable. No bed bugs.

Cleanliness, tile around the stairs broken, dusty appliances, bath tub back up with dirty water, roaches in the bath room, mirrors around the jet tub hand prints everywhere, black mold in the jets of the tub a & the ironing board and iron was dirty.
