Everything!
Those damn seals having comedy club hour or fight club all night long! lol I had to let the front desk know that the fridge still had food in it from a previous guest and there was cigarette ash on the patio. Neither of these were a big deal as we didn’t need the fridge for the one night we stayed.

Really nice large room with a balcony overlooking the Columbia River. The views were amazing! This was a clean room with a mini fridge and microwave, and large fluffy towels in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.
A few doors down and out on a pier were some sea lions. I knew about this beforehand based on previous reviews. They were pretty loud for hours on end, but we are city people and once we went to bed we slept soundly. If you are sensitive to sound, maybe pick a room on the other side (away from the river).

The bathrooms need to be updated. The walls in my room had patches for holes but not repainted

I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inn & the breakfast was better. Food was not always warm. Breakfast area clean
