Good values from a third party purchased
Could not locate a moving cart to transfer my luggage. I walked around the whole building and still couldn’t find a cart. Staff needs to inform people to bring back the cart after used

Location was good. Room was large. Front area was good.
The room was shabby. Carpet stained and frayed. Sofa bed sagging. Pillows are terrible an sheets are scratchy. Room was not well cleaned. Stuff was previous occupant in corners of room. Desk was sticky, like they had eaten in the room and not wiped off after use.
