We literally drove through the night, arrived at 5:30am, slept for 4 hours and ate breakfast, the bed was comfy, the showers were good, the breakfast was great. Also there was this really nice patio outside by the pool where you eat breakfast which is great for groups and makes you feel like you are on vacation. The pool area was pretty nice, too bad we couldn't stay longer.
Not really a negative, but this is a very popular place, so parking was more challenging. There is parking that wraps around the back if you are having trouble finding a spot, and it goes way back, but I think we got the very last spot in the furthest parking lot. For us, we traveled light, but for groups, I would recommend dropping off stuff at the lobby and then getting a spot, since it ended up being a long walk for us, but we arrived way, way late, so we were lucky there was even a space left.

overall the staff was friendly, getting someone to answer the phone and actually speak to me was rough. i was put on hold and hung up on several times, I almost cancelled my room
the girl in the front looked like she was having a bad day, customer service and direction giving can improve.
