I got 2 rooms. 1 for my adult children . Their room 190 . Had a mildew smell in the bathroom. But other then that they had a great stay as well. They said the beds were very comfortable.

We have stayed here every year in October for the past 4 years. Good to see same faces . Which means its not a high turnover rate. The company must know how to treat their employees. Breakfast is always good. Convenient. Clean .
Beds were a little hard this time around.

The beds were comfortable
As soon as we walked down the hallway from lobby towards our room we were met with pet hair and dirty rugs all the way down the hall. As soon as we got into our room the floor had crumbs and dirt on it...just the tile not the rug. The fan in bathroom was noisy at the start then seemed to calm down. On Saturday morning I stopped by the front desk on the way out around 8am and told them our toilet was plugged and the nice woman at the desk said she would tell house cleaning when they came in. We returned to the hotel around 730pm to find our toilet still plugged. I went to front desk to let them know and one of the guys there said he would be right down to take care of it. Well 30 minutes later I went back to front desk and the tall young man with glasses said he'd get me a plunger which he did and I myself plunged our toilet. I know minor stuff but most likely won't stay at this location again. Also there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels once used.
