The staff was so nice upon check in and really responsive throughout our stay. We were in a great room with a balcony, which was a nice surprise! My husband commented that it was the best sleep we’d ever had in a hotel.

Everything except one thing see below
There was blood stains on the bed covers and they didn’t move us to another room and we had to stay there with our grandson who slept on a chair due to his anxiety couldn’t sleep

The property was OK needs updating did the police mall the the people that stay there they were disgusting arguing, fighting after midnight crank calling people rooms smoking marijuana in the hotel. Disgusting not worth the money.
The staff was good they need more help specially security The pool area was disgusting people with loud music smoking marijuana in the pool area. They need the police is better. What a shame.

The TV was not working, and it the front disk didn't respond. Also, I got a text as soon as I got to the room asking if everything was OK , which was a great touch, but when I responded with the TV problem, I got no answer at all. Finally, after a couple of hours, I called again, and the problem was solved.

Very clean, seamless checkin experience
There were not enough servers onsite at the only restaurant and bar. Took over an hour to get dinner. And the only worker was worked to the bone trying to get all the customers what they needed. Give him a raise and hire 3 more people to support him.

The beds were comfortable. Front staff was helpful. Pool was clean and warm enough to swim in.
Room was dirty. There was rubbish from previous guests on the floor. There were large clumps of hair in the bathroom. There were globs of something red that had been spilled on the rug, still tacky and not cleaned up. There were opened tea bags in the coffee station

That the bar and restaurant closed early. We done conferences at 10 pm. Everything was closed in that town as w🤔

We had breakfast at the hotel on one morning and it was excellent! Free coffee in the lobby at all times was appreciated. The hotel location is perfect. No noise inside even if the hotel is right next to Hwy-93. The double-king-bed room is a perfect size for 2 adults. Everything, from furniture to rugs, beds and bathrooms were impeccably cleaned. Having some luggage to carry inside, the multiple entrances at different ends of the hotel were very convenient. Parking is quite large.
The only complaint, and really it is the only one, would be that the Air Conditioning was a tiny bit too noisy. But other than that, everything was perfect!

We arrived around 1:30 and we were able to check in early. This gave us the opportunity to enjoy the pool and hot tub by ourselves for over an hour which was great. The pool was well maintained and clean.The staff was very friendly and even found us a microwave for the room. I thought being so close to the highway would have been a problem but if you close your eyes it sounds like the ocean. The bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom lighting was very dim and the vending machines only had beverages. The cable tv didn't have any info so couldn't tell what we were watching.

Clean rooms, and great customer service from the gentleman who checked us in, and he provided exceptional service.
Decent parking is available. Clean hallways, outdoors, indoors, no overflow of trash observed. Extra towels available at request.
Indoor pool appeared clean.
The kids enjoyed their stay. Money well spent!
No continental breakfast is included for the price. The hot tub in pool area was a little murky. No towels available for pool area.
Room smelled like strong smoke odor near the balcony door. Needed trash bags for cans in room.
Lady who attended front desk had no smile and was pretty cold when asked general questions.
Key cards were hit or miss for functionality with opening doors.
Entry ways could use a little more light in back of building. Bulbs needed replacing.
