The room was spacious, the bedding was clean, and overall it was clean and comfortable. The hotel is also in a pretty good location, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby.
There were a few downsides. Parking can be difficult to find on weekends, and breakfast is available for an extra charge. This time, we also had a room with beds and mattresses that were not very comfortable.
The biggest issue for us was the soundproofing. Even though the hotel description says the rooms are well soundproofed, there are noticeable gaps around the doors, so you can clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway. Because of this, it was difficult to sleep well at night.
We also had an issue with the shower. It was difficult to get both a comfortable water temperature and good water pressure at the same time. When the water was very hot, the pressure was fine, but at a normal, comfortable temperature, the water came out in a very weak stream.
The coffee in the lobby was also disappointing. It was extremely watery, almost transparent, with very little coffee flavor, and simply did not taste good.

The room and the beds were comfortable.
It could have been cleaner. I had lipstick on my water glass which I mentioned to the breakfast staff and a person at customer service. Make sure to ask for an itemized receipt at the end of your stay. I was told I was all good since they had a credit card on file. I asked for an itemized receipt and they had charged for 4 extra breakfasts even though we had it already included in our stay. Our beds were not made everyday and we had to ask for extra towels for multiple days since they only provided 2 bath towels when we were a party of 3. Our stay could have been better.
