Didn't get a good night sleep!

Overall disappointing experience. The people living in cars outside our windows got into a shouting match at 3:30 AM. Then started revving their engines. The area around the hotel is pretty loud and noisy in general. Our room key cards had to be re-keyed twice, making us late in the morning after an underwhelming continental breakfast.

Great location off of freeway, secured and comfortable

Unfortunately we were in town for a family member passing at the Tacoma hospital and it was late so we found this facility right down the freeway from us. There was a "partner discount" something that popped up on booking and made it a better price but we needed two rooms and gave us an error for second booking. When called to check if our booking went through, the front desk woman was very nice and helpful and made sure everything on both ends worked out (thank you very much). NICE & SECURED parking lot and hotel right off the freeway. Had security guard outside and needed room key to open front doors. Rooms very clean and comfy beds, working ac/heater, good TV channels, nice bathroom. the hotel was also across the freeway from their big casino they have there

I had no issues with the sound of Cars from freeway - we got in super late so not much driving on the freeway was happening but in the morning I could see how it could bother light sleepers. Breakfast was OK. I'm a happy gal if I get my waffle and they had Waffles. Waffles, biscuits and Gravy, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, coffee and orange juice. The breakfast servers ladies were nice. It was late when we arrived and still needed to find dinner, had to drive 10, 15 mins with no traffic to get to a McDonald's which wasn't a big deal

Smelled n looked super clean. Lady at front desk in morning loved our dogs. THAT BED & PILLOWS WOW, SUPER COMFY!!

Location within walking distance to Tacoma Dome. Easy in and out access.

Would stay here again.

Check-in was smooth. The room was clean. We liked the TV options. Breakfast was good.

The surrounding area isn't the greatest, but we brought our own food and snacks and never left the room all night.

They try their best

The staff were great. The pool was nice.

The location has a lot of homeless encampments around it that are on the side walks so unless you walk on the motorway you cant get through Not really safe to walk anywhere smashed glass all over the side walks, roads etc. Also you hear a lot of traffic noise all throughout the night.

Kicked the can diwn the road to our destination

Sleeping area was clean and had nice furnishings including beds and linens

The luggage cart had a flat tire , coming and going Ugh...especially when we were told to leave nothing in cars. Small elevators! Ugh!

Very nice accommodating staff in a rather sketchy area that can be loud at times.

It was nice to have an outdoor pool. The staff was also great and accommodating.

No fault of the hotel, but the area around the property did not feel safe. I wouldn't recommend families with children to walk from the property to the casino or downtown. The breakfast was nice but some protein like sausage or bacon would have made it much better.

Superb

Rooms were well stocked with towels and pillows. It had a fridge ac and microwave good shower 🚿

Pool not open till 10am and no jets in the hot tub. Also it wasn't that hot. location is great if your going to tacoma dome or lemay car museum not much else around tho

Ok but won’t be returning in afraid

We had a wedding near by and was close to where we needed to be

We thought it was over priced for what was on offer and the area around was very poor.

Very enjoyable!

Beautiful rooms and facilities! Staff was excellent! Bed mattress was very comfortable.

I found random hair strands on the towels in the bathroom. If not for that, I'd rate it a 10! Also, the pillows were very hard.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness

That it was open and said that it had a clean room and a coffee pot

The dirty floors, the dirty toilet the dirty beds. The filth on the plugs which was painted over and not coffe pot that worked. The heater and fan were loud the window was dirty.

Solid choice if you're going to attend something at the Tacoma Dome.

Bed was comfy and was walkable from the Tacoma Dome.

Coffee maker was a joke.

Better than expected

Very friendly staff. Great housekeeper. Able to keep both dogs and cats. As a cat owner it’s very hard to find hotels that allow cats. Waitress for the restaurant was very sweet and bless her heart for waiting all these tables on her own, and to the probably 1-3 cooks in the back. Property feels highly secured although in a sketchy area of Tacoma (near 1-5 off Portland ave has a lot of homeless/drug addicts). 24 hour security. The elevator system isn’t the worse I’ve ever endured.

The one thing I did not appreciate was the manager threatening to kick me out when I did absolutely nothing wrong. The entire conversation with her felt like a microagression on her end. I understand cannabis has a smell to it. I can understand why whoever reported me did it. What I DID NOT do was ever spark a blunt, bowl, or anything cannabis related in the room. I do not vape, nor smoke cigarettes. The property makes it very clear that I cannot smoke in the building with signs posted all over the room. Clearly as a guest to the property I’m going to honor that when I signed the paper. I asked staff ahead of time if I was okay to A. roll in my room without sparking B. Smoking 25 ft plus away from the entrance. Do not give me the green light if it’s going to pose an issue to other residents and staff. I would’ve been okay with not smoking for the entire duration of my stay. The restaurants food was mid, as well as being clearly understaffed. as well as many of the outlets in the room do not work properly.

I didnt like all the homeless around the hotel but this is the world today. Makes me worry about my property as in my car. Besides that comfortable stay.

Never again

The staff were incredibly helpful.

Let's start with dirty carpets in hallway. No safe in the room, microwave didn't work and carpets were very dirty. I asked for new towels and makeup removal wipes and that was exactly what I got after 3 days staying on the hotel, no sink cleaning, no bedding changed, nothing but just 2 items. Room was noisy as right near the freeway.
