The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is nicely appointed. The facility is safe and secure. Location is perfect for me to visit family living nearby. I stay at this location whenever I am in town, which is usually 2 to 3 times a year. I always get a good nights sleep at this hotel.

The two-bedroom suite we stayed in was just what we needed. It was very quiet and clean. The location was great. We went to a wedding at Brown's Point and it was very easy to get there. The breakfast they served was fine.
The room temperature was freezing. I kept having to change the thermostat. I was staying with my in-laws and they are in their mid-80s and needed the room warmer. First they offered us a different room but we didn't want to move - we wanted the room warmer. My in-laws complained that the toilet seat was too low and the bed too high.

Clean, comfortable. Nice snacks and drinks available. Friendly staff.
The restaurant charged too much for what the food was. Either better and/or more food, or lower the prices. Also, need more staff in the restaurant. One person for the bar and tables isn’t enough.
