The staff was very friendly, the rooms were spotless and modern, and the pools were the best ever! I especially liked the deal of getting free tickets to waterparks!! Thank you!

Was in a convenient location
Still when booking it shows FREE Noah’s ark tickets and FREE Chula Vista but when we got there I was told they were $20 each. I had even called before hand to ask about the tickets to make sure they were included and I was told yes. Only reason I agreed to booking this place but was lied to about the tickets being included which was actually kind of sad
