It was nice to have the key to the room on our wristbands. Also, loved how water park/theme park was walking distance and no parking needed for the parks.
The microwave door didn't open properly. Had to unplug it and replug it to get the door open. Called front desk then cancelled when the door opened. Hopefully it got looked at prior to next guest that needed to use the microwave.

How everything was included.
I didn't like how we were in building "10" which was a little of a distance away. We didn't get to choose what building we wanted to purchase.

Water park tickets came with hotel cost. Loved Cabana once we found it. Friendly staff. Good experience.
It was hard to find coffee in the morning. Finally had to drive to gas station. Even a coffee dispenser in lobby would have been okay.
Online maps did not clarify where cabanas were and which pool was which so we parked on the wrong side of the park. Cabana checkin did not say they closed at 6pm.

There was plenty to do for sure.
The fact that we had to stay in a building so far away that we had to drive back to the parks and parking was horrible at the amusement park and water park.
