As a single mom with three kiddos, we come for the indoor play area. The pools are warm, the air is warm, and I can see all three kiddos from almost anywhere I am.
What I did not like has nothing to do with the Hotel, but with how rude guest can be, WOW!!

We loved the room and the deck, it was a very spacious room and comfortable beds and bedding. Staff was very attentive. The pools were warm and the kids loved it! Great location. We come here every year and its our favorite.
Toilet was spraying when we entered room, one tv remote didn't work (maybe needed new batteries). We still had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and return

The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The pools water was so nice and warm
The over all facility felt very run down. There were so many areas roped off with caution tape and a few more that should have been. I would call the pool a pool not a water park and it needed major updating and repairs
