The tree house, the small pond area
We were to check in at 4:00pm, we were told we cannot and we would receive a call or text message when then room was ready, we went back at 6:30pm and they said we could get into our room (tree house). Then when we got to the house
our cabin floors were dirty visibly dirty (food crumbs, rocks on the floor). For our too not get into our rental 2.5 hours late and still have a dirty cabin is a little disturbing.
When we got there the kids wanted to go swimming, so we got ready when down to the pool/swim area and got into the water to be told by some very rude kid that we need to get out the swim area is closing.
There is no time open or closure noted on the swim area just a sign saying no lifeguard. So why is there a closing time???
