Front desk failed to locate my reservation upon arrival. I checked in the day before to speed up check in, using my CC. No Luck. Could this have been due to booking.com?

The switch on the lamp between the bed and window was broken.
Most important, the shower/tub needs a grab bar for disabled and older guests.

Good, it would have been nice to have some bacon and sausage. Staff was nice & accommodating. Riom was clean & comfortable.
