The location was perfect in the middle of the city. The cleanliness was very good, and the staff was really helpful. The value for money was really good, and there is free parking as well.

Comfortable bed, lighting, above average room design for moderate price lodging, one reasonable height chair and table.
Not the property's fault, but safety problem with street, Exit into street on a curve. Only 5 car length view towards oncoming traffic often at 35-40 mph. Danger every time we leave.

I did not have the breakfast. The location was where I wanted due to the stay being about the Houston Rodeo. Easy access to NRG stadium. Parking was the only issue. I had to park at far end of the lot and walk further to my room than I really wanted to.
