They initially had us a 2nd floor room (Stairs), but revised it upon request at checkin.
Room was satisfactory til we noticed LATE that night the toilet BARELY SLOWLY SCARILY EMPTYING, ALMOST OVERFLOWING. Luckily the guest next door left before 5am, so we were granted continuous access to their room/Bathroom Toilet working Normally, til we checked out. However, that room AND MANY MORE are SMOKING ROOMS and was Very Strong Residual Remaining ODOR. Glad to shower again before we checked out.

The bed hair hair from previous persons. There was an old towel with hair on it.
