The staff at Brooks are always so kind and friendly. Needed some help with an upcoming reservation and they were great even though I had booked online.

The room was very clean and quiet, in spite of the fact that three motorcycles were staying next door. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We were able to park next to our room. The man in reception was kind to point out the ice and coffee machines.
There was no refrigerator. I should have checked for that. By the time we went for ice, there was none in the ice machine. The curtains were damaged, but effective.
