great location, pretty grounds, not too crowded, comfortable bed, friendly front desk staff.
Small details- it would be nice to have milk sold at the little store there or provided in the morning for coffee. No side tables at the pool so awkward with book/drink etc.

The staff were nice people. Close to beach and Legoland (15-20min Dr). The shower and in-room hot tub was great but hot water didn’t work half the time.
Hot water was out in the morning and wasn’t addressed. Roaches appeared multiple times. The property is a renovated motel upselling as luxury.
