The history and restoration! Perfect condition for the entire property. The community breakfast time in the living room of the house and if you go to San Obispo you need to to do it in a Thursday night! What a wonderful moment!! All the city it’s party in the farmers fair. Great experience!
In our Amadeus room the air conditioner it’s dripping a little and when you are using the shower, needs to be carefully with bath tub

Love this B&B! We’ve stayed here 3 times and the location is excellent as well as the made to order breakfasts! Staff are super friendly. The property is lovely and inviting. It feels like our home away from home.

The location was easily accessible to the downtown area shops. The hotel lobby was quiet and peaceful but very small.
The bathroom had a leak in the tub, and the room had stains on the ceiling. The furniture was ancient and flimsy.
