The location, the pool, the view.
Saw a cockroach, had a homeless person stay there multiple night before kicked out.

Generally it is an equipped hostel.
Internet connection is bad, so I cannot attend to my work fully.
You should offer coffee and rolls in the AM. There is little to no hospitality.
There is one dangerous man staying here, he has threatened multiple people and I am surprised this is allowed here.
It is not always cleanly here,
