VERY welcoming member of staff on reception as we arrived, even though it was late at night. Size of room was a lovely surprise, plus luxury bed and pillows. Breakfast outstanding for quality, variety and health. Better than most hotels we’ve stayed in around the world. We’re booked in again before our return home and are so pleased we booked such a fab hotel.

Very clean (room smelled nice), friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
The coffee was extremely weak, more like flavored hot water, but everything else was great.

The room was large and very comfortable.
We booked the day before arrival but were not made aware there was construction on going in the dinning area. There is nothing near by to eat on the weekends so stuck eating there. The food was not good at all for what we paid. We noticed a lot of guests ordered food delivered. Breakfast was served in a meeting room on paper products also below Hyatt standards. We had many choices but chose Hyatt Place because it has always been excellent. Until construction is completed I recommend staying else where.
