Terrible
Nothing because they overbooked and sent us away at midnight
They overbooked the room, did not reach out to us, and when we arrived told us there was no room for us and we would have to stay elsewhere

Reasonable stay
Jan. 2024 We only stayed for one night. The free transfer from the airport worked. We missed it as we were arriving at the meeting spot and had to wait for it 20-30 minutes. It was 1 am. The bed was comfy, the included breakfast is decent.
They do not answer their emails. I've sent several and I've received no answer. When I called to double check about the check in after midnight I was told my room will be given away if I don't arrive before 2 am and I will be charged $60 if I wanna stay with them. We arrived just before 2 am but that no show rule is not written anywhere on booking. Also, my receipt never made it to my email address.

Great near-airport accommodation
Very convenient location near Salt Lake City Airport where we needed to stay to collect our 19 year-old son from an incoming night flight. Quiet and well equipped - snug and warm in the winter weather outside! Friendly and helpful staff completes the picture.

Good value for a quick overnight stay when flying out of SLC. Comfy bed and pillows.
Location to airport and value.

What receipt?
Parking was not too bad. Shuttle to and from airport service was great. The staff was courteous.
Receipt for anything is down. I still haven't gotten my receipt for my stay. I feel like I am paying for something I really didn't even reserve because my original reservation was a king-size bed, but I got 2 queen beds which was small for my wife and I to sleep together. I do not like the fact that a staff member lied about the receipt print and said, "It ran out of ink" when the receipt printer is all thermal printers that do not run on ink. They didn't even try to restart the printer or check for connection. I was a bit annoyed, so I just left to my room.
