It was not shared that there was a convenience store or area to purchase. I had a headache and didn't realize I could buy meds until the next day when I logged out. There wasn't a refreshment machine available

The location, the staff, it looked clean.

our air conditioning unit in our room kept us up most of the night u til my husband finally knocked the top a little bit and it calmed down but then I noticed some wires hanging down from it which wasn’t comforting at all
