The toilet was broken the whole night. We let the front desk know and I don't know if anyone ever came by. Luckily in the morning it started working. They had no sheets for the pullout bed. There was blood on the ceiling. The toilet had dried pee behind the seat. Would not recommend anyone stay here. Not clean and not in a great area. Tried to attach pics but this form won't let me.

Room is a little worn down. Hairdryer did not work on high. Bath tub did not drain properly and held about two inches of water while showering. Room was clean and located in a safe area. Not so sure I would stay at this particular hotel again.

Have stayed here numerous times. This visit was less than expected from a Marriott. Mold in the shower, strong room freshener odors in reception and hallways (hiding something!) After reaching out to management I was informed the property is scheduled for a complete renovation in the next few months. Much needed!

Excellent service, helped me adjust my reservation as I mistakenly reserved a wrong date. Slept well. Room and hall floors need cleaning or replacement because they smell old and look old and dirty. Bathroom was ok - showing age as well. Water pressure was low in the sink and toilet flushed super slowly.

Room/hallways smelled horrible. Inside the hotel property felt moist and damp with high humidity inside. The lobby had an overwhelming amount of air freshener to cover up the smell. Bathroom tub/shower was not level and had a warp in the base. Water would not drain properly in shower/tub and within minutes there was several inches of standing water in the tub. Wallpaper in room was peeling from the wall. Extremely loud refrigerator. Lamp at bedside looked in very bad condition. Room was not serviced a single time. Front desk staff was not rude but not good service.

The staff was relatively courteous. However, the room smelled with stale curry. The cent was rather strong and a bit overbearing. However, since we stayed only one night and had a baby, we decided to bear with it for the night and following morning. I made sure to let he front desk know at checkout. Disapponted. Next time, If we are to guest at this hotel, I will certainly not tolerate such disgusting ordor. Disapponted.

Dirty room, I asked two people working there to clean the room, came back, and it was a mess. No one cleaned. Could not adjust the thermostat. Toilet clogged and overflowed, no one to help with that. Parties going on on the first floor where our room was until someone told them to shut up. Nasty place!

The hotel was in a good location, and nice overall. However, the AC units must be replaced. I shut mine off to be able to sleep because it was so loud, but I could hear the AC from the room next door all night, and couldn't sleep. Also, I requested and was granted late check out but was awoken by housekeeping banging on the door and yelling. If late checkout is granted, housekeeping should be made aware.

The two nights I stayed, they gave me a room with many of its belongings, the door did not work with the card, you could not enter, they had to call someone from outside so that they could open the door with a computer, which meant hours of waiting outside the room. The staff was very courteous and gave us another room. But the sleeplessness was inevitable, so I request that I be compensated in some way.

Bed was terrible. A/c was marginal. Room faced pool and people were loud and partying in pool until 2 am. Bed felt like we sunk into a hole. Absolutely terrible.

I had flown in a new employee for training for my company from Texas. He got to the hotel and the first room they put him in there was no A/C. They moved him to another room and there was also no A/C but not only was there no A/C there were bedbugs. I them had him checkout and moved him to another hotel. They did refund me but extremely disappointing since this was my hotel of choice for new employees who we are training.

I had reserved a king room. The hotel refused to honor the reservation and instead provided me with a room with two full size beds. This was unacceptable and I was told I would receive an accommodation. No accommodation was ever provided. Additionally, there were bugs crawling around the bathroom. I had to kill three.

I have to say that from the time we checked in to when we left the staff was exceptionally kind, willing to help and very friendly. They all made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. If I had to give one thing that can be improved it would be the hot tub. It was filthy and unusable. Putting that aside it was a very good stay and we will stay again.
