My sister and I stayed for a weekend. The place was very clean. From the he front desk to Housekeeping, staffs were very nice and professional. Highly recommend 👌

Did not have breakfast.

After driving 4 hours for a birthday dinner reservation @ 8:15pm our check in was 4:00pm the time we had arrived. . We did not receive a room until after 5:00pm waiting an hour in the lobby as the rooms with King sized beds were not made up in sufficient numbers yet. My wife had finally had enough and asked people that were handed keys what kind of room they had? They answered 2 queen beds. My wife asked the desk clerk why we were not offered this type of room initially so we could check in right away? The answer is the desk clerk did not know enough to offer this option until we asked. Even with a late check out of 1:00pm you still don't have the available rooms made up for a 4:00pm check in? It is a nice property and I have stayed there several times before. Like many places it is not run all that well or they can't find people to work. Either way, It is a Marriott property and you expect better for the price you pay. They offered us nothing for our trouble, some mention of points which I never received and would have to chase. Unacceptable!
