Breakfast, staff, kindness of staff, clean room and bath. This facility was well run by a friendly staff. It was quiet. There was a great desk/work area in my room that was well lighted.
The pillows were not soft. You needed a car to get into town. No nearby grocery stores or restaurants or if there were the staff did not know about them. I had to use a shuþle/cab to go anywhere.

Room has good temperature control. Good size room with comfortable beds.
Smell of household cleaner all over the building. Pool and hot tub look like sanitarium.

Location was close to the freeway and wasn't too noisy. The room was comfortable and clean, there weren't any telltale signs of overlooking cleanliness. The breakfast was good and had your basic continental style breakfast.
Not too much to complain about, the family enjoyed the stay. The pool was a little small but it was indoor which is great for the PNW climate.

It was clean, there was actually an exhaust fan in bathroom. Larger than most refrigerator.
There was a very strong chemical smell in my room that I couldn’t get rid of. No freezer in refrigerator in room and I needed to freeze an ice pack for my travels.
