Veel te hoog geprijsd voor wat het is

Uitgebreid ontbijt, jammer dat er geen spek was. Klein terrasje buiten, dat bij ontbijtlocatie zou getrokken moeten worden.

Friendly staff but cleanliness was dissapointing.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was very kind and friendly. The continental breakfast was put together very well and done very well.

The hallway carpet was very dirty. The dirty towels from our room were set out in the hallway by the maid and left there all day. When we got up to the next morning to go to breakfast they were still on the hallway floor. Three garbage sacks were left in the hallway by our door and never removed.

Excellent parking. Towed a small boat and it fit well in the lot.

The staff who checked me in was very helpful and polite. I wish I remembered his name, he was awesome

The hot tub was not working, and I was really looking forward to relaxing in it after a long hot hike

It wasn’t the cleanest hotel, but I was comfortable and had what I needed.

The location was decent. They had recommendations for activities and restaurants in plain sight.

It wasn’t the cleanest. Breakfast wasn’t the best. Pancake maker wasn’t working. No scrambled eggs every day. The hotel in general looked like it’s been through a lot.

It was a nice place for a one night stay.

The property was nice. The breakfast was very nice. The room seemed clean.

The hot tub had several of the jets that didn’t work and the pool water was freezing. Also I was initially charged more than booking.com quoted. They did give me a refund for the difference.

This was most expensive hotel during our Arizona vacation and the least desirable.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

The pool was advertised as being heated; however, upon arrival, we were told that the pool was not heated. Also, the hot tub jets were broken and not working. One of the reasons we picked this location was for our kids to swim in a heated pool and for my wife and me to relax in the hot tub following our daily hikes. Lastly, there was a leak in the ceiling on the first floor which soaked the floors and caused a damp, musky smell. We had no water for 6 hours during the day while they fixed the leak.

This has a great location close to Bell Rock and has nice modern amenities. The check in and out process was quick and easy.

Beautiful location, worst breakfast ever

The location is superb, you literally have rock bell right in front of the hotel and the trail way is a few minutes walk from there. This is one of those hotels where you have ice and water in the halls at your disposal. The bedroom was clean and the tv is the old fashioned regular one, no cable. Can’t connect your phone either.

Rude staff, we didn’t get the room we paid extra for. I paid for a king room, we were driving from LA so we called them multiple times to let them know we were arriving late. However, they still gave us a bad room saying that they had nothing left (The reservation was made almost a month before) The worst breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel ever. No bread, no cheese, no fruit. The breakfast they offer is donuts, scones, pancakes, sugar cereal or bacon and eggs. I don’t eat pork so I asked for something more healthy and they just changed the sausages from pork to chicken. I read in previous reviews the breakfast was good, but I assume it is good if you want to have diabetes and have poor health habits. The eggs were terrible anyway and I honestly cannot emphasize more on how disappointing this breakfast was. I paid an extra to have a decent room and breakfast and got nothing of both

First & foremost the staff was very friendly and absolutely pleasant. They were super nice they put us in a room with the red rocks view. it was nice to wake up every morning to beautiful scenery. VERY clean & modern rooms. I was happy to find a safe in the cabinet. The rooms were cleaned on DAILY basis which is not the case during and after the pandemic! I have stayed in hotels where I begged them to clean my room! so that was a huge plus! There is a water fountain to fill ur water bottles in the lobby. We utilized it on daily basis. The HOT TUB was a huge plus! it washed away our aches after long day of hiking. The location was close to some popular hikes & trails like Bell Rock & Cathedral Rock. Walking distance to gas stations, shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. Short car ride to downtown Sedona. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel rate was significantly less expensive that majority of the other hotels/airbnb we looked at. So overall, good value & you get what you pay for. It was our first time in Arizona and if we ever come back, will definitely stay here!

Breakfast was subpar in my humble opinion HOWEVER Variety of options are available. I stuck to bagels and cream cheese and thats what I would have wanted anyways!

Friendly hotel with great views

From the moment we walked in to even when we checked out, Mark was so kind and friendly. Very close to restaurants and shops. The facility was clean and the view is even better.

I would say the bed could have been softer.
