The location and hotel were great. It was quiet and felt safe. Parking lot was well lit and all amenities were open and working.

Pam was rather rude when I asked why they needed a credit card when I had already paid for the room and I had filled out the pre check in and provided a credit card during that. Her response was if you want the key to the room I’m giving her a credit card. I asked again because I’m concerned as to why I’m giving a credit card for a third time. She said that was nice that I filled out the pre check in but corporate doesn’t share that information because they are an independent hotel. So she couldn’t start with the facts and communicate like a professional she starts with threats and arrogance. Definitely not who I would want representing my business or being the face of the customer service team.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Didn't eat breakfast there but the food looked fine.

When my wife and I went to the desk to check in, there was another gentleman waiting to be helped. There was only one agent there and she was helping someone on the phone. Okay, fair enough, but the call went on for five to ten minutes. When the call ended the agent turned to the gentleman in front of my wife and I. He asked if there were any rooms available. The response was no, we're fully booked. Not a cheerful, no sorry we're fully booked, Then she turned to my wife and I, again no smile, no cheerful tone of voice, no how can I help you? She just waited for me to ask about checking in.

The location near the store and the restaurants is convenient and it’s easy to find and park.

Our light wasn’t working that well at the entrance and the tv remote didn’t work well.

It was nice and clean.

They won’t send me a receipt. I’ve asked several times and they have yet to send me a copy of my stay.
