the room was very comfortable......quiet, clean, comfortable bed, lots of TV stations. the service in the restaurant was top notch. Glad the rooms and restaurant were smoke-free!
The smoke smell in the lobby and the casino was overwhelming! Awful.

We were traveling with my wife's older cousin. She is nearly deaf and has significant lung issues. She requires the assistance of a service dog which she had with her. When we arrived the hotel, only rooms on the 2nd floor were available. She enjoyed the hotel so much she asked if we could add a couple more days to her stay. The hotel was able to accommodate adding two nights. Lori at the front desk was able to more her to the first floor in a dog friendly room (dog bed in the room). Additionally, the cleaning staff was able to clean the new room quickly which made the transition between the two rooms seamless. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and quite friendly! We would highly recommend this property.

This hotel is in bad need of upgrades! It is attached to a casino, and the whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke. It is quite unappealing!
